Bluebadger Foods Presents our Korean Sauce Collection 

This collection gives you a nice introduction into Korean Sauces, flavours and cooking - enhancing any meal time. 

We created our sauces to combat the issues with supermarket sauces - containing so many additives, chemicals and other nasties. We have also found a rise in ‘Korean’ labelled products, but they actually contain no Korean ingredients. 

All of our sauces are handmade in house with no chemicals, additives or anything of the sort. The red colour solely comes from Gochujang & Gochugaru. 

Seoul Sauce & it’s spicy sidekick is a Bluebadger Foods exclusive, created by ourselves to bring a Korean twist to any cooking.

Gochujam is a Bluebadger Foods exclusive (created by us!), Etsy’s First Korean Chilli Jam. 

The sauce collection includes 
- 1 Pot of Seoul Sauce™
- 1 Pot of Seoul Sauce - Spicy Sidekick™
- 1 Pot of Gochujam®
- 1 Pot of Bluebadger Bibimbap™
- 1 3D Printed ‘Bluebadger Blossom’ Keyring 

All pots are 120ml each. Total of 480ml each pot combined. 

All of these sauces will be fresh, made to order. 

All sauces should be used as the ‘final stage’ in any dish, whether as a drizzle - coating or topping. Should not be cooked to a high temperature point.

Bluebadger Foods is 5 Hygiene Rated. Shelf life and Nutritional Testing has been carried out by an official lab and has been fully verified.

Delivery : Due to Royal Mails timing - Any orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will
not be dispatched until the following Monday due to us not wanting your purchase sitting in a warehouse over the weekend (we’ve seen this from previous experience) We want you to receive the freshest and best product. Orders will be jarred / packaged day of dispatch. (We do NOT ship Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Gochu-jam Ingredients:
Distilled vinegar (Barley), Sugar, Water, Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru), Corn starch, Salt, Water. (May contain Wheat)

Seoul Sauce & Spicy Sidekick Ingredients:
White vinegar (Barley), Tomato Sauce: Tomatoes, spirit vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Spice and herb extract (contains Celery), Gochujang Paste: Brown rice, Water, Red pepper powder (salt, garlic, onion) salt, sugar, roasted soybean, alcohol, sweet brown, rice sugar, Yeast powder, Red Pepper flakes (Gochugaru). (May Contain Wheat)

Bluebadger Bibimbap Ingredients:
White vinegar (barley), Gochujang Paste: corn syrup, red pepper powder, corn starch, wheat flour, rice powder, wheat, salt, distilled alcohol (barley), soybean, soybean powder, glutinous rice, koji, Sesame oil, garlic, sugar, soy sauce (gluten)

Keep all products refrigerated once opened. Shelf life & Nutritional Value can be found on product labelling. Stir well before using.
