Our delicious Premium Vegan Kimchi is made in handmade artisan batches using only the most authentic ingredients. After a huge success with our Original Kimmie's Kimchi®, we developed the UK's First Pak Choi Kimchi.

Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free, Unpasteurised, Natural, Vegan, No Additives or Nasty Chemicals and still delicious! The difference in our kimchi is we do not use fish sauce or seaweed.
Our families love for Korean cuisine lead to the creation of Kimmie's Kimchi. After being unable to find Vegan substitutes when visiting Korea over the years, we thought why not make our own! We love to add our Pak Choi Kimchi to Bibimbap bowls, Grilled Cheese Toasties, Kimchi Fried Rice and is amazing in Kimchi Jigae when you need a cold evening pick me up.
Our Kimchi Duo is made to order - once order is placed, it will be made and fermented for 2 weeks before being sent out. This means you will recieve your order atleast 2 weeks after the purchase date.
Each batch will have a 2 Week fermentation process / PH tested before being dispatched. Approx 300g per jar (a smidge extra is always added). There is a gap in-between the product and lid to allow fermentation and to minimise the kimchi 'popping'. Our Kimchi is recognised as Premium due to the process used making our product and the ingredients.
Please Note : 2 WEEK Fermentation Process & PH Testing IS REQUIRED FOR ALL + ANY KIMCHI before selling - Due To The (GOOD) BACTERIA Within Such Products - as per under Food Safety Laws + Official Lab Reports.

Delivery : Due to Royal Mails timing - Any orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will not be dispatched until the following Monday due to us not wanting your purchase sitting in a warehouse over the weekend (we’ve seen this from previous experience) We want you to receive the freshest and best product. Orders will be jarred / packaged day of dispatch. (We do NOT ship Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Disclaimer - Due to the nature of kimchi being fermented please take care when opening the jar - it may pop and gas may be released.
